The City of Tempe wants to make it hard to drive thru the neighborhoods in old Tempe so they installed traffic circles to slow down traffic. Isn't government nice!

The folks at the Pida Pit allowed some local artists to put these cool looking pictures on their walls.

But as it turns out you have to get permission from the City of Tempe before you do anything like this so the Tempe Messy Yard cops came by and are going to put the folks at the Pita Pit out of business unless they remove the cool art work.
